13.3 ICP software upgrade
About updating ICP board
The ICP board contains 2 s lots to store software before this software can be installed. Therefore it is recommended to store the
previous version of the software in a location and the current version in the other. When an new update becomes available, ov erwrite
always the oldest version.
These 2 loaded versions m ake it po ssible to switch on an easy w ay between the current ver sion and the previous o ne.
How to upgrade
1. Launch the DC Update Com panion as described in "So ftware upgra de, launch DC update com panion", page 2

2. Select pac kage type. Click on the drop down box (1) and select ICP Package .

3. Browse the package file name. Click on Browse (2) to open the Browser window (3).
Note: File has extension release.
The correct file type is already filled out (4 ).
4. Browse for the des ired file (5 ), select the file and click on Open (6).
The Package file name line is filled out (7).
5. Enter the dev ice IP address (10) or click on Browse to open a device s election window (11).
Note: The IP of the connected projector is already filled out. When using the DC Update Co mpanion as stand alone program,
then this field is blank.
