3.7.3 Unit Price Discount - By Count PLU
To call up a PLU enter the PLU Number and press the PLU Key. You may also call up
a PLU by using the Speed Keys. (refer to chapter 3.4)
Ex.) PLU No.: 30 Press 30 PLU or
Press Speed Key
• 1st Target of Discount: Discount amount from Unit Price
= $0.20 for sales ≥ 5 pieces.
• 2nd Target of Discount : Discount amount from unit price
= $0.50 for sales ≥ 10 pieces.
Enter the Quantity. In this example the Discount
(Unit Price - $0.20) is available because the
quantity of the item (5 pieces) is equal to the
1st Discount Target (5 pieces).
Enter the Quantity. In this example the Discount
(Unit Price - $0.50) is available because the
quantity of the item (11 pieces) is greater than
the 2nd Discount Target (10 pieces).
Press the PRINT Key. The Discount is shown by
the markdown (strikethrough) of the Unit Price
on the label. Refer to figure.
Note: - You can select whether to print both the Original and Discounted Information
using Menu 1720 (chapter 2.13.3)
If you set Display Discount Info to a Y in Menu 1871 (chapter 2.14.21) you will
be able to see Total Price and Discount Information in the Display.
