3.2 Arm #2 Cover
emove the bolts and then remove the Arm #2 Cover.
Tool : Hexagonal wrench (width across flats: 4 mm)
Button bolt : 20-M5×10 (with washer)
Tightening torque : 2.8 N·m (0.29 kg·m)

cover(s) as required in maintena
nce work.

Removal
Remove the gasket with the cover.
Installation
Attach the gasket between the cover and manipulator.
You can’t reuse the gasket. Be sure to use a new gasket.

Liquid gasket (R13B031201) is applied.
Removal
Remove caked-on liquid gasket residue with
scraper or similar tool.
Installation
Apply liquid gasket on the contact surfaces of the cover and manipulator.
Wipe off any excess liquid gasket with a wiping cloth treated with alcohol.
