Checks to perform:

E53: Motor Fault- Motor Stopped in the middle of a cycle

Motor Protector Open, Laundry Load too heavy and wiring problem.
WARNING
Check that all the connectors are correctly inserted
Check the power supply is as per product specifications.
Provide required power supply and repeat the
Diagnostic Cycle to check for any further alarms.
Check there is overload of laundry in dryer?
Make the laundry as per product specification and repeat
the Diagnostic Cycle to check for any further alarms.
Check if the friction is caused by the motor or by
the tub bearings (See Fig. 2). Replace the defective
component. After clearing any obstacles wait till the
motor is cool because thermal protector may take 30
minutes to reset (thermal protector may be tripped
because of motor overheating). Repeat the Diagnostic
Cycle to check for any further alarms.
Detach the connector from the motor and measure
the resistance between terminals (5 & 4) Check
Resistance value are in between “2.6 Ω to 3.2 Ω” ? (See
Fig. 3)

Replace the Motor and repeat the Diagnostic Cycle to
check for any further alarms.
Check / Replace the wiring and repeat the Diagnostic
Cycle to check for any further alarms.

Remove the laundry and check whether the drum
turns freely without posing any resistance. Is the drum
having any difficulty in rotating? (See Fig .1)
