Software Options
Specify software options. For information on setting procedures and software codes,
refer to the instruction for the required software option package.
Other Settings
Use this feature to configure various other settings common to the main features such
as copy, fax, and scan.
1. Select [Other Settings] on the
[Common Settings] screen.
2. Use the scroll buttons to switch
between screens.
3. Perform the necessary
operations.
4. Select [Close].
Date Format
Select the format for date printing for the [Annotation] and [Set Numbering] features.
Set Numbering - Text Size
Specify the size of text used for the [Set Numbering] feature.
Set Numbering - Density
Specify the density of text used for the [Set Numbering] feature.
Offset Stacking (Center Tray-Upper)
When printing to the Center Output Tray, the machine can slightly offset the paper
output positions for each set (copies) or job (individually instructed print job). This
allows you to identify the start of each set or job. The upper and lower destinations are
displayed when Center Output Tray - Upper is installed.

When printing to the Center Output Tray, the machine can slightly offset the paper
output positions for each set (copies) or job (individually instructed print job). This
allows you to identify the start of each set or job. The upper and lower destinations are
displayed when Center Output Tray - Upper is installed.
Offset Stacking (Finisher Tray)
When printing to the Finisher Tray, the machine can slightly offset paper output
positions for each set (copies) or job (individually instructed print job). This allows you
to identify the start of each set or job.
Default Print Paper Size
Specify the paper size to be used as the initial setting.
