Address Book
Use this feature to program the Address Book with recipients of documents. Register
destinations to which documents are to be occasionally sent through fax, iFax, e-mail,
FTP protocols, or SMB protocols. Destinations are registered under 3-digit Address
Numbers by which you can quickly specify destinations when sending documents.
NOTE: You can program the Address Book with up to 500 destinations in total.
NOTE: When storing the new Address Book as CSV format, all the previous
addresses are replaced by the new ones.
NOTE: A file in CSV format exported by CentreWare Internet Services (address book
data) is not designed to be edited or changed by editing software. The data may be
damaged when it is edited or changed. Due to the altered data, fax may be sent to
undesired recipients. Therefore, do not edit or change the file in CSV format (address
book data) with software such as Microsoft
®
Excel.
NOTE: Address Numbers registered for the Address Book can be used as speed dial
codes.
NOTE: Abbreviated address book numbers (001 to 070) for fax and iFax are
supported by One Touch buttons.
NOTE: An address book number specified with the numeric keypad, one-touch
dialing, and an address group cannot be used to specify an E-mail address or a server
(FTP/SMB) address.
