Learn with Mad Libs Apps
stories, but the end result will be a funnier and
more off-the-wall result that makes you laugh
harder than you may expect. You may also
find yourself struggling to find some words
because, despite being fed simple requests
throughout, that gameshow feeling will hit and
you may suddenly not be able to remember
the most basic of words. This makes it more
challenging than it should be and is also
what makes it ideal for teaching children the
different types of words we use and the power each word holds.
Fun and educational
If you take some time to explain to a child what an adjective, a noun
and a verb is they can then explore the different types of words
that fall within each genre and which will then be used in the final
story. It really does not matter what words are used because the
stranger the offerings, the funnier the story will become. However,
to get the most out of the game it is advisable to use words that are
true to the requests coming from Google Home. This will ultimately
benefit your child because they will quickly begin to understand
what different words mean and how they fit into sentences, and in
many cases how strange they sound when they do not fit as they
normally would. The game pulls off the trick of being very simple
to play and to understand, and to then rise above this to achieve
entertainment, education and an immersive experience that can be
played for an hour or for a couple of minutes at a time. Sometimes
a game needs to fit the platform it is running on and with this will
come the need to strip away the parts that may entice a Google
Home user to try it in the first place, but in this instance we have a
game that has been balanced to offer a myriad of benefits that only
enhance the usefulness of your Google Home setup. Give it a try
and see what stories you can come up with.
Its ideally suited to Google Home
because it’s fun to play, easy to
understand and always produces a laugh
