How to...
The Google Home Mini also has
LEDs at the top of the device, but
these display the device’s modes
differently to the standard Google
Home. The Mini’s LEDs don’t
move around like they do on
the regular Home’s touch panel,
instead they pulse in different
patterns and switch colours to
indicate what the device is doing.
When it is processing a question
or command it will pulse white
lights, when it is muted the lights
will be amber and when it is
turning on each LED will be a
different colour. If your device is
displaying something not covered
in this guide, go to support.

Volume
The Google Home displays its volumes with up to ten white
LED dots. One dot means it is muted while ten means it is
at max volume.
Error
We hope you never see this colour, but six static amber
lights means that the Google Home has come across an
error while trying to complete a task.
Set up your Google Home
Your Google Home will
emit a range of colourful
visual notifications during
setup and while in use
