11-3. Replacing the Cover Open Switch
1) Disconnect the connector of the cover open switch c on the front from the operation board
(CN8) and that on the rear from the relay connector (CN7).
2) Cut the tie-up band and remove the washer assembled hexagon socket head cap bolt d to
replace the cover open switch main unit c.
3) Reassemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
∗ After assembling, check that the safety switch key f mounted on the safety cover is inserted
into the cover open switch properly.
To ensure the safety, this safety switch key uses the special screw (key screw g) so that it
cannot be removed easily. To make the adjustment, the dedicated wrench (Allen wrench
(40080491)) is required.
