Selecting head operation
Use → and ← buttons to move the cursor ∗ and select continuous operation or single
operation.
Press the CANCEL button to return to Fig. 9-6-1 “Selection of head speed”.
Press the ENTER button to start the up and down motion of the head. The display shows

When the single operation mode is selected, the time required for driving the head is
displayed after the operation and the system returns to Fig. 9-6-3 “Selection of head
operation”.
In the continuous operation mode, press the CANCEL button to return to Fig. 9-6-3
“Selection of head operation”.

9-7. BGA holder
The BGA holder is driven independently. You can select continuous or single operation mode.
Starting BGA holder operation
Select “6. BGA Holder” in the menu.
Use → and ← buttons to move the cursor ∗ and select continuous operation or single
operation.
Use ↑ and ↓ buttons to select left, right, or left-and-right BGA holders.

When the single operation mode is selected, the system returns to Fig. 9-7-1 “Selection of
BGA holder operation” after the operation.
When the continuous operation mode is selected, press the CANCEL button to return to Fig.
9-7-1 “Selection of BGA holder operation”.
Press the CANCEL button in to return to the menu screen.
