6-5. Replacement and adjustment of shuttle belt (TR6SNX)
Remove the belt BR from S carrier BR , and replace the belt (fastening torque: 29.4 N•cm,
screw lock: Loctite 277)
When the replacement is finished, execute belt tension adjustment.
After moving the carriage to the left end, use the tension adjustment screw to make adjustment
so that the following value will be set.
P = 0.98N (100g), deflection = 12 mm
In an acoustic belt tension meter is used:
Unit weight: 0.00127 N/cm

Belt width: 6 mm
Span length: 761 mm
Belt tension: 15.78N (1.61 kgf)
S belt (part No.: 40094901)
