4-2. Replacement and adjustment of Z-axis origin, minus limit sensor
Using “10. Z JOG” of test mode, move the Z-axis to the position that exposes the sensor, and
replace the sensor.
When the sensor replacement is finished, the following confirmation is required only for origin
sensor.
When initialization is complete, make confirmation of the pulling-out height of tray base using “19.
XYZ ADJ” of test mode.
Confirm that the gap between the tray base A and the Y rail B is within −0.2 to 0.2.
If the gap is larger than the above range, make adjustment after changing the parameter.
