Adjusting spot
The spot (C) of the laser displacement meter moves to the tray reference position and the
offset from the head No. 2 (A) is displayed.
Use ↑, ↓, →, and ← buttons to move the X- and Y-axes for adjusting the spot to the tray
reference position.
Pressing the ENTER button fixes all the positions, saves them in the nonvolatile memory,
and proceeds to the pad position check.

Checking pad position
Use → and ← buttons to move the heads No. 1 and No. 2 on the shuttle.
Use the HEAD button to move up and down the heads No. 1 and No. 2 and check the
positions of the heads and shuttle.
Press the ENTER button to store the tray base and return to the menu selection screen.

9-21. Conveyor adjustment (automatic width adjustment: optional)
The origin used in the automatic adjustment of the PWB transfer conveyor is adjusted.
The origin is adjusted to set the rail width at the origin to 31mm.
The conveyor adjustment is enabled only with the optional automatic width adjustment function.
Adjusting conveyor’s origin
Select “20. Conveyor ADJ” in the menu.
The automatic adjustment of the PWB transfer conveyor is initialized to start the origin
adjustment.
Press ↑ and ↓ buttons to start the step motion of the automatic width adjustment motor.
Adjust the origin to set the rail width to 31mm.
Press the ENTER button to save the number of the offset pulses in the nonvolatile memory
and return to the menu selection screen.
