7-2. Replacement of tray chuck cylinder
Remove the setscrew of cylinder and replace the cylinder.
Make adjustment so that the dimensions shown in the diagram below will be attained while
depressing the Y link base (A) in the arrow direction against the stroke end on the cylinder
retraction side.
When the replacement is finished, adjust the tray sensor.
In addition, if you perform a single operation using the Y holder in the test mode, the operating
durations of "OPEN" and "CLOSE" are indicated on the operation panel. Adjust the speed
controller so that the "OPEN" and "CLOSE" durations are "96 ± 10msec" and "75 ± 10msec"
respectively.
During adjustment, operation should be conducted in the situation such that the bearing of Y
holder will fit in the notch of tray base at the pull-out position on the tray base.
