9-10. Concentric nozzle
The switching of the shuttle suction pads is conducted independently. You can select
continuous or single operation mode.
Starting concentric nozzle operation
Select “9. Concentric Nozzle” in the menu.
Use → and ← buttons to move the cursor ∗ and select continuous operation or single
operation.
Use ↑ and ↓ buttons to select left, right, or left-and-right suction pads.

When the single operation mode is selected, the system returns to Fig. 9-10-1 “Selection of
concentric nozzle operation” after the operation.
When the continuous operation mode is selected, press the CANCEL button to return to Fig.
9-10-1 “Selection of concentric nozzle operation”.
Press the CANCEL button in to return to the menu screen.

9-11. Z unit JOG
The Z unit is JOG driven independently.
The encoder count number and the condition of the Z home sensor are always displayed.
The unit moves up or down while you are pressing ↑ or ↓ button.
Starting the Z unit JOG motion
Select “10. Z JOG” in the menu.
Press ↑ and ↓ buttons to move up and down the unit.
Press the CANCEL button to return to the menu screen.
