RE: Engineering Mode: These are from shadow cruiser I found on another forum.
SEEM 0032_0001 (They work on 99.50. Only half work on 85.9A.80 and
determine if they work with even recent releases)
offset 01 - bit 0: Settings > Phone Status > Other Information > PRL Version (1 on, 0 off)
offset 02 - bit 1: BLOCKS THESE FEATURES: Call barring, Call transfer, Info Services, do not read VM number from
SIM, Voicemail ^@ text messages, Multi-Line Support, My Network List, Manual Network Search (1 on, 0 off - set to 0
to UNBLOCK these feature) some of these features may be SIM dependant anyway, so activating it on your phone
may not actually allow you to use it (1 on, 0 off)
offset 03 - bit 6: Settings > Ring Styles > Details > Answering Machine (1 on, 0 off)
offset 09 - bit 1: Settings > Security > Talk Secure (1 on, 0 off)
