Encoding DVD to DIVx
Setting up DVDx seems quite complex but once you have changed the settings as per below they should apply for the
next time you decode a DVD. I have only included the settings you need to change to keep the guide as simple as
possible. Any other settings available can be left as is. Encoding to DivX is also very processor intensive and can
takes hours. This step is probably best done before you head of for some zzz’s at night.
NB : You may need to play your selected DVD for a few seconds through your computers media player prior to running
DVDx. ( Depends on how your PC is set up )
Run DVDx and the following screen will show.
