Restoring to a Previous Version
A copy of the previous software version is stored internally. You may want to
revert to a previous version to resolve issues experienced with an upgrade.
NOTES:
S When transferring files between the melter and BBconn Cloud, the USB
drive must be formatted using FAT or FAT32. No other format, such as
NTFS and exFAT are supported.
S After the last reboot, the Home screen appears.
S Licensing and WiFi settings are restored, but only If serial number AND
the Unique ID of the unit matches the backup file.
S System settings, recipes, networking, accessories, or the configuration
code is changed.
S Select Restore to Previous Version, then press the on the Navigation
pad to continue with the process. After the last reboot, the Home screen
appears.
Managing Licenses
You can upgrade the melter with additional features and options. Licenses
can be purchased, or a trial license can be obtained. Contact your local
service representative for additional information.
