Viewing the Event Log
Use the Event Log for troubleshooting purposes. The Event Log keeps track
of all melter events, including the time, day, type of an event, such as an
Alert, Fault, and Stop conditions, as well as parameter changes. Additionally
the Event Log tracks all system-level events that do not necessarily cause a
pop up message to appear.
S From the Home screen, select Event Log and on the Navigation pad.
NOTES:
S You can access the Event Log by pressing on the OLED panel to
clear and reset any zone Alert or Fault conditions.
S You can also access the Event Log from the Alert, Fault, or Stop pop-up
message by selecting the
icon, then press on the Navigation
pad to open the Event Log.
S You can only view 50 of the most current events on the screen. If you
want to view more or previous events, you must export the event logs to a
USB and view the event log on your PC. Go to Tools | Reports/Logs to
export the Event Log to a USB.
S When transferring files between the melter and BBconn Cloud, the USB
drive must be formatted using FAT or FAT32. No other format, such as
NTFS and exFAT are supported.
