About Adhesive Tracking System (ATS)
Adhesive Tracking System (ATS) monitors adhesive consumption and
add‐on weights, including the total amount of adhesive dispensed and the
average adhesive dispensed per product, referred to as add-on weight, or
just add-on.
ATS uses a flow meter attached to the hose manifold that measures or
meters adhesive output. A product detector determines product counts and
add-on weights. The measurement and reporting data collected by ATS can
be used to improve process control.
ATS provides the following capabilities:
S The system can be taught the average add-on to simplify setup.
S The following real-time data is available on the display or can be exported
as a report.
S Average add-on per product
S Total add-on
S Average add-on per hour
S Total product count and defective product count
S Alarm status and total alarms
S Data logs are maintained and stored for retrieval as follows:
S Every 24 hours (updated every minute)
S Every week (updated every hour)
S Quarterly (3 months, updated every hour)
S Production can be Stopped if dispensing deviates beyond user-specified
upper and lower threshold limits.
