Updating the Firmware
You can update the projector's firmware as explained below.
Online update
You can download the latest firmware from our Web site. There are two types of firmware; the
RICOH PJ X3340N/X4240N firmware and the RICOH PJ WX3340N/WX4240N firmware. Use
the firmware that is supported by your projector. For details about how to update the firmware, see
the manual downloaded with the firmware.
Updating the firmware using the @Remote service
If you sign up with the @Remote service, a message is projected on the screen indicating that an
update is available. When a message is displayed, execute the [@Remote: Firmware Updating] in
[Network Application Settings].
• You can check the current firmware version on the menu screens of the projector.
