CLEAR PRINTS FROM FOLDER (on Printer
Control Panel)
Existing prints are blocking the input to the
Folder.
1. Remove the prints from the Folder. Submit the job
again.
2. The copy was longer than 2.1 metres, Remove the
copy manually from the Folder before proceeding
with additional copies.
Continuous clock display on the DDS User
Interface
1. The SCSI cable connectors may not be
fully seated or are disconnected.
2. The Scanner was not switched on first
when starting up the system.
3. The data cable for the DDS User
Interface is not connected.
1. Check that the cable connectors are fully seated.
2. Switch off all components. Switch on the Scanner.
Then switch on the Controller and the Printer.
3. Connect the data cable.
CONTROLLER FAULT - 50000001
CONTROLLER FAULT - 50000002
The Controller has developed an internal
fault: memory is full. Large documents using
Automatic Scaling or Rotation may cause this
fault. Photo and Mixed modes require
significantly more memory than Line mode.
Wait for any previous jobs to complete printing; then
resubmit the current job.
CONTROLLER FAULT - 50000003

Software problem when controlling the
Scanner
Switch off the Scanner and the Controller. Switch on
the Scanner. Switch on the Controller
CONTROLLER FAULT - 50000008 - MEDIA JAM Document jam in the Scanner Remove the jammed document. Scan the document
again.
CONTROLLER FAULT - 50000011 - SCANNED
IMAGE LOST
The Controller was unable to process the
document. The scanned image is not found
on the hard disk.
Rescan the document.
