SCANNER FAULT - 5000000B - CHECK
SCANNER
VERIFY SCANNER IS POWERED AND
PROPERLY CONNECTED
A fault has occurred in the communications
with the Scanner.
1. Check that the SCSI cable is properly connected at
both ends.
2. Check the Scanner is still connected to the AC
power and is still switched on.
Switch off all components. Switch on the Scanner, then
switch on the Controller and the Printer.
CONTROLLER FAULT - 50000012 - MEMORY
FULL
CONTROLLER FAULT - 5000013 - MEMORY
FULL
The file system or memory is full. 1. Retrieve or delete some documents to create more
space. Then rescan the document.
CONTROLLER FAULT - 50000014 - MEMORY
FULL
Documents were scanned in too fast -
memory is full
2. Wait for previously scanned documents to be
processed and stored on the hard disk. Then scan
the current document again.
SCANNER FAULT - COMPLEX DOCUMENT An error occurred during processing, due the
complexity of the image that the document
contains.
Rescan the document.
WARNING: xxxx The image submitted for printing is corrupted
or does not conform to the standards for the
format.
Recreate the image and try again.
