Setting Available Calling Platforms
By default, you cannot select the call type when making a call as the VCS devices will pick the
corresponding platform according to the priority of call types. Therefore, you can enable the feature of
Select Platform In Dial, which allows you to select the desired platform to make an outgoing call.
Procedure
1. On your web user interface, go to Account > Account Settings.
2. Configure and save the following settings:
