Circuit O2 cell replacement
Handle and dispose of O2 cells according to site
biohazard policies. Do not incinerate.
It may take a new O2 cell 90 minutes to stabilize. If the O2 cell
calibration fails after a new O2 cell had been installed, wait 90
minutes and repeat the calibration.
1.
Pull the latch to unlock the flow sensor module from the
breathing system.

2. Pull the flow sensor module from the breathing system.
3. Remove the O2 cell cable connector from the O2 cell and
unscrew the cell counterclockwise.

4. Make sure the o-ring is on the cell. Install the replacement O2
cell. Reconnect the O2 cell cable.

5. Replace the flow sensor module on the system and push the
latch closed to secure the module.
6.
Calibrate the new O2 cell according to the "Circuit O2 cell"
procedure.
