Chapter18 WAVEform Subsystem
WAVEform[:IMMediate] <WAVEform>,[WAVEform],[WAVEform]
This command is used to set and query the waveform in Normal mode. For the
waveform with parameters, the parameters are set to default values.

WAVE "Sine" // Set the waveform to Sine.
WAVE "Sine","Saw","Square" // Set three channel waveforms separately, valid
under three-phase unbalanced or multi-channel.

PWAVeform[:IMMediate] <phase/chan>,<WAVEform>
This command is used to set and query the waveform of a phase/channel in
Normal mode. For waveforms with parameters, the parameters are set to default
values.
