Set and query the DC voltage slope in normal mode.
Phase: phase identification.
NRf+: DC voltage slope setting value.
Syntax:
[SOURce]PVOLtage:SLOPe[:IMMediate]:DC <phase>,<NRf+>
Query syntax:
PVOLtage:SLOPe[:IMMediate]:DC? <phase>,[MAXimum|MINimum| DEFault]

<NRf+>[,NRf+][,NRf+]
This command is used to set and query the frequency value in normal mode.
<NRf+>: frequency setting value.
Note: in multi-channel, this command must carry three parameters to set at the
same time, or use PFREquency to set a separate frequency.
Syntax:
FREQuency[:IMMediate] <NRf+>[,NRf+][,NRf+]
Arguments:
MAXimum|MINimum|DEFault
