4. Enter the FAX number.
Enter the FAX number with the key pad, abbreviated dial number or group dial number.
•
Press DELETE, [CLEAR] or [STOP] to clear the whole entry.
• The next unused number is indicated in the Program No. screen.
To change the Program No. indicated, press Program No. and enter a new entry from
the key pad.
5. Enter the name of the Program dial operation.
• The name can be a string of up to 24 characters. For detail, see "Entering Names" (p.
Appendix-3).
• You can confirm the settings by pressing Check.
• You can register Original setting or Advanced func. For detail, see "Setting Program
Dial" (p. 13-11).
6. Press ENTRY.
The next unused number is indicated. To register another Program dial operation, go to
Step 4.
To stop registering the Program dial operation, press CANCEL.
