Communication Journal
The communication journal is a report that contains a record of transmissions and receptions.
Communications for a total of 100 transmissions and receptions are recorded on separate pages
for transmission and reception. In addition to the communication journal being printed out auto-
matically, either the transmission record (transmission report) only, reception record (reception
report) only or a record of both transmissions and receptions (communication journal) can be
printed out respectively as necessary.
Automatic Printout
The interval at which the communication journal is printed out can be set with [Report output
set.]
Manual Printout
The communication journal can be printed out manually with the following procedure.
1. Switch the mode.
In the case the FAX Basic screen is not displayed, press [FA X ] on the control panel to
display the FAX Basic screen.
2. Press APPLICATION.
3. Press List print.
4. Press Com. Journal, Tx report or Reception report.
