With the baud rate generator incorporated, any baud rate can be set.
If the expected level is detected for any expansion bit, the 8 bits of the received data can be compared to the preset
register data.
The stop bit received is guaranteed (start of transmission can be delayed when start of transmission is attempted
during reception of the stop bit).
