Compulsory Amount Entry – Check this option if you wish to enforce an amount to be entered prior
to pressing this tender key.
Do Not Allow Under-Tender – If this option is checked, only the amount of the sale or greater are
accepted.
Need Manager for Under-Tender – when checked, the manager is needed to approve the transaction
if the amount entered is less than the sale amount.
DRAWER
Open Drawer – This is option is selected by default, uncheck this option only if you do not want to
open the cash drawer when this tender is used.
MISC
Allow Over-Tender – Set this option only if you want to allow food stamp tender amounts over the
food stamp total.
EFT Key – Select the type of tender for this key:
Credit (DCAP, SPT)
Debit (DCAP, SPT)
Gift (DCAP, SPT)
Gift-No NSF (DCAP)
Canadian Debit (DCAP)
Cash Benefit (DCAP) Account
Rec. (DCAP)
Connect EFT Terminal? – Set this option if you are using the integrated Datacap device for
EBT/Food Stamp transactions.
Coin Changer Port # - Enter the port # where the coin dispenser is connected if a Coin dispenser is
used.
Macro Key
Macro Keys are special function keys used to register a series of specified keystrokes without having
to press each key individually. MACRO keys can contain PLUs, Functions Keys, Tender Keys, or
MLU’s.
1. From the Function Key programming menu selection screen, select MACRO Key from the
available selections. The main MACRO Key programming screen displays.
2. From the MACRO Key programming screen, you can add, edit, or delete MACRO’s as needed.
