Print Option
Receipt & Journal
PRINT REPRINT ON A REPRINTED RECEIPT
When a receipt is reprinted, ** REPRINT ** is printed at the top of the reprinted receipt.
PRINT SEAT#
When this option is checked, the seat # will print on the receipt and journal.
PRINT RECEIPT FOR SIGN ON/OFF
If selected, a receipt is printed whenever an employee signs on or off.
PRINT RECEIPT FOR TIME CLOCK IN/OUT
If selected, a receipt is printed whenever an employee clocks in or out.
PRINT RECEIPT FOR MANUAL TIME CLOCK EDIT
If selected, a receipt is printed whenever employee time is edited.
PRINT PLU CODE
If selected both the PLU# and descriptor will print when a PLU is registered
PRINT TENDER ON RECEIPT
If selected, the tender will print on the receipt.
PRINT NUMBER OF ITEMS ON RECEIPT
If selected, a count of the number of items will appear on each receipt.
PRINT VOIDED ITEM ON RP
When selected, items voided in the transaction will print on the RP.
PRINT SUBTOTAL WHEN SUBTOTAL KEY IS PRESSED
If checked, the receipt will print the subtotal at the point in the transaction when the subtotal key was pressed.
Double
You can choose double-width printing (bold print) for Total, Tender, and Change amounts.

ALLOW MULTIPLE RECEIPTS
If selected, more than one copy of the receipt can be issued after the sale.
ALWAYS PRINT RECEIPT IN VOID MODE
If selected, a receipt will automatically be printed for transactions in VOID mode.
LINES AFTER PREAMBLE
Enter the number of lines you wish to feed after the preamble and before the first receipt line.
LINES BEFORE POSTAMBLE
Enter the number of lines you wish to after the last receipt line and before the postamble.
PRINT HOME CURRENCY SYMBOL ON LABEL
When selected, the home currency symbol will print in front of the price for the PRICE element on
labels. When not selected, the price is printed without the currency symbol on the labels PRICE
element. (Currency Symbol is set in System Option programming.)
# COPY OF EFT RECEIPT
Indicate the number of copies of the credit card transaction receipt to be printed. (When Integrated
Payment is utilized.)
