6. Touch the SAM4POS icon to reinitiate the SAM4POS application. This operation can be accomplished
remotely by the support personnel or by the local personnel at the site.
7. The main sign on screen will appear, sign on and perform operations as needed.
Note that all the screens now indicate “TEAMVIEWER MODE”
8. Enter the code for the employee you want to sign on and press ENTER.
9. When the remote support person has completed all their tasks, terminate the connection by simply
pressing “RELEASE TEAMVIEWER MODE” on the main sign on screen.
Calibrator
The Calibrator feature allows you to calibrate the touch screen without having to exit the SAM4POS application.
Available calibration methods include a 3-Point, 5-Point and 9-Point calibration. The Debug Log can also be
enabled from this area and a Draw Test is available here as well.
Calibrate
1. From the SYSTEM menu selection screen, press CALIBRATOR. The Calibration screen displays.
