3.3.3 Features, properties, and system preconditions
Features
● 1FE2 in 8-pole version as asynchronous motor
● 1FE2 in 16-pole version as synchronous motor
● Maximum speed up to 19000 rpm (depending on frame size)
● Maximum rated torque up to 1530 Nm (depending on the frame size)
● Torque is transferred to the spindle without any play through a friction-locked press fit
● Rotor without sleeve, optionally machined ready for installation
● Optional rotor with sleeve for removal in pressurized oil procedure, optionally prebalanced
● Stator with cast winding without cooling jacket, finish machined
● Optional stator with cooling jacket machined ready for installation
Properties
Magnetic attraction
Forces of attraction occur between the rotor and stator in electric motors to the magnetic
principle.
The surrounding mechanical assembly must be able to withstand these forces.
To prevent vibration excitations, the enclosing construction (spindle shaft, bearings, spindle
housing) should be as rigid as possible.
