(c) Install the gasket to the head cover.
(d) Install the cylinder head cover with the eleven bolts.
Uniformly tighten the bolts one side of the cylinder
head cover in several passes, in the sequence shown,
then do the other side as shown. Install the two
cylinder head covers.
Torque: 5.4 N–m (55 kgf–cm, 48 in.–lbf)
7. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVERS
(a) Remove the old packing (FIPG) material.
(b) Apply seal packing to the cylinder head as shown in
the illustration.
Seal packing:
Part No. 08826–00080 or equivalent
8. INSTALL WATER BY–PASS PIPE TO RH CYLINDER
HEAD .
Install the water by– pass pipe with the bolt.
