Call recording while alternating
Prerequisite: You have an active or held consultation or second call. Recording
has started. The recording button LED is lighting.
[ You are connected with the second party. You hear a beep and the recording
symbol
| is shown in the line for the second call.
Select and confirm the option shown in this connection's context menu.
[ You are switched to the main call. You hear a beep and the recording symbol |
is shown in the line for the main call – this call is now being recorded.
You can pause and restart the recording at any time in manual and autostart
modes.
Your call is paused and reconnected.
Prerequisite: You are conducting a call that is being recorded.
Z Your call partner has placed the call on hold. You hear the music on hold. The
recording is paused and the recording symbol
| has disappeared from the dis-
play.
[ Your call partner resumes the call. You hear a beep and the recording symbol
| is shown on the display.
Setting up a conference during recording
Prerequisite: You are conducting a consultation call page 42 or you have ac-
cepted a second call page 79 and the "System conference" feature was con-
figured by your administrator. Recording has started. The main call is placed on
hold. The recording button LED is lighting.
Select and confirm the option shown in the connection's context menu. You are
connected to both parties at once. The conference is displayed with the current
participants.
You hear a beep and the recording symbol | is shown in the line for the con-
ference call.
