PROCEDURE:
●handle guard cover
Pull down the cylindrical part of the sheath ⑹, fix the stud ⑻ with a 12# wrench, and then remove the nut ⑺
with a 10# torx wrench.
Grasp the shield assembly with the right hand and use the 4# inner hexagon to remove the bolt ⑴, and remove
the bush ⑵ and the cushion rubber ⑶.
Remove the bolt ⑼ with 4# inner hexagon, and take off the right shield bracket ⑸. Remove the nut ⑽ from
the right shield, and remove the shield ⑹ from the bracket ⑸.
Refer to the above steps to remove the left shield ⑿ and left shield bracket ⑸.
If you need to remove the stud ⑻
, fix the corresponding bolt with a 5# inner hexagon and then remove it with a
12# torx wrench.
●direction of the shield in the middle
Use 4# inner hexagon to remove the bolts ⑼
on both sides, and pull out the middle of the middle cover; remove
the middle cover assembly.
Remove 2 pieces of nuts ⑽ and cushion rubber ⒁ from the middle cover ⒀.
CAUTION:
●
The right handle has a shield, the left handle does not. Before installing the sheath, a small amount of grease or
oil can be applied to the bracket (5) to facilitate assembly.
●Pay attention to the direction when pulling out the middle cover assembly.
