PROCEDURE:
●Decorative cover of head cover
Use 4# inner hexagon to remove the bolts ⑴ on both sides, and remove the bushing ⑵ and cushion rubber ⑶.
Use a 10# wrench to remove the nut ⑷ and remove the gasket ⑸.
Slightly open both sides of the bottom of the decorative cover ⑹ and then pull it down, and then remove the
decorative cover assembly.
Remove the bushing ⑵ and cushion rubber ⑶ from the decorative cover ⑹.
CAUTION:
●
The motorcycle support should be fixed during the disassembly process to prevent accidents caused byincline.
●Disassemble the oil pipe clamp and the sensor wire clamp should pay attention to the strength.
●Pay attention when disassembling to prevent breaking.
●When reassembling, make sure that the torque of nut ⑷ can not be too high to prevent the bolt from loosening.
