PROCEDURE:
●Fuel tank right cover decorative board component
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 2pcs bolts⑴,take off the bushing⑵ and cushion⑶.Remove the buckle
that fixes the upper part of the right cover and the lower part of the right cover ⑸.Remove the plywood ⑷ from
the fuel tank right cover lower.
Remove the
screw ⑹ fixing the right vent ⑹ with a 5# inner hexagon, and take off the right vent.
Use 5# hex socket to remove the 2 screws ⑹ fixing the right cover decorative plate ⑻, and take off the right
cover decorative plate ⑻.
Take off 5pcs plywood⑷ from the fuel tank right cover upper⑼.
●Fuel tank left cover decorative board component
Refer to the steps above to remove the left cover lower⒀,the left cover vent⑾ and the left cover decorative
board⑿.
Take off the switch rubber sleeve⒁ from the fuel tank left cover lower⒀.
CAUTION:
●When assembling self-tapping screws must be perpendicular to mounting surface, otherwise it will
bedamaged,and the torque should not be too large.
●The parts should be protected during discomponent to prevent damage to the paint.
●Pay attention to force and force direction when removing the buckle to prevent damage to the buckle.
●If you need to change the fuel tank cover upper⑼or⑽,you need but the left or right bottom plate and a self-
tapping bolt ST4.2×12 at the same time.
