PROCEDURE:
●PKE component
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 2pcs bolts⑴,take off the cushion rubber⑵ and the bushing⑶.
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 2pcs bolts⑴,take off the bushing⑸ and the cushion rubber⑵.
Using 5# inner hexagon socket remove the bot⑹,if your motocycle had been improved.
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove the bot⑷,then take off the PKE component.
●USB component
Refer to the steps above to remove the USB component.
●Fuel tank cover component
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 2pcs bolts⑷ in the middle of the fuel tank component,separate the
left(right) fuel tank cover component and the fuel tank component.
CAUTION:
●The parts should be protected during the disassembly process.Pay attention to protect the oil pump outlet pipe
at the arrow point.
●When reassembling, check if there is any pressure on the USB and PKE wires to prevent it from tightening.
Short circuit caused by bolts.
