Front cushion component
PROCEDURE:
●Front cushion
Using 10# sleeve remove 2pcs nuts⑴,take off the bushing⑵ and the front cushion bracket componet。
Take off 2pcs cushion rubber⑷ from the front cushion bracket⑶.
Remove tool kit rubber bar⑼ ,then take off the driver's tool⑽.The driver's tool⑽ has been contain 4#、5#、6#
inner hexagon socket；10#和13# open spanner;the sleeve remove the spark plug.
●Assembly front cushion
When assembling the cushion, check whether all the cushion rubbers are complete.
After inserting the front part of the seat cushion into the seat cushion fixing block, insert the two limit posts on
the front seat cushion bracket into the cushioning glue of the rear seat cushion bracket.
●Cushion rubber after-sales
The front cushion⑸ comes with all cushion rubber.The corresponding installation position is shown in the left
figure.
CAUTION:
●The motorcycle should be fixed before operation.
●Cushion can cause accidents if it is not installed properly.
