Head and headlights component
PROCEDURE:
●Head assembly
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 2pcs bolts⑴ on the bottom.
Using 6# inner hexagon socket remove 2pcs bolts⑵.
Using 4# inner hexagon socket to press down the center of the expansion pin⑶ and remove it.
Grasp the two turn signals and turn the head assembly forward.
Unplug the headlights, position lights, and turn signals. Use 5# hex socket to remove bolt ⑷ for U model, and
8#
sleeve for U1 model to remove bolt ⑸.
After confirming that all the plugs are unplugged, remove the headlight assembly.
CAUTION:
●Pay attention to the force when removing the cable and unplugging the plug and the cable to avoid damage.
●The head unit should be supported during the disassembly process and protective measures should be taken
toprevent scratching the lamp cover or paint surface.
●You can watch the detailed operation in "KIDEN official website assembly video-KD150-U1, U headlight
disassembly and assembly instruction video".
●When reinstalling, pay attention not to insert the wrong wire color of the light.
●Figure a is the unmounted state; Figure b is the assembled state; Figure c is the disassembled state.
