PROCEDURE:
●Front fender lower
Here we only explain the disassembly of the front fender assembly. For U1 models, please refer to the steps on
the previous page to disassemble the ABS wheel speed sensor.
Hold the front fender lower component⑷ then using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 6pcs bolts⑴,then take
off the bush⑵ and cushion rubber ⑶,take off the front fender lower component⑷。
The inside of the front mudguard can be protected with reticle or double-sided tape around the rivet⑹, then the
rivet⑹ is ground off with a small sander, and then the rivet⑹ and the fixing seat⑸ are removed.
●Front fender bracket
Romove 2pcs bolts⑴ take off the left bracket⑺,using the same way take off the right bracket⑻.
●Front fender upper
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove bolts⑴,then take off the bush⑵ and cushion rubber ⑶.
After holding the upper part of the front fender ⑼, remove the 3 bolts ⑴ at the bottom, respectively remove the
bushing ⑵ and the cushion rubber ⑶; remove the upper part ⑼ of the front fender. Be careful not to remove the
2 bolts connecting the bracket and the lower link board.
CAUTION:
●
The motorcycle support should be fixed during the disassembly process to prevent accidents caused byincline.
●Pay attention to the strength when disassembling the front mud plate to prevent scratching the paint surface.
●The mudguard component has been included Front mudguard front oil pipe fixing seat and Rivet. Rivets need
to be assembled with professional tools.
