PROCEDURE:
●Skirt bottom part component
Using 8# sleeve remove the bolts ⑴
on both sides of the head; check that the tail light plug, start relay, and fuse
box have been unplugged from the bottom of the rear cover, and then pull down the components to remove.
Take off 4pcs round rubber ⑺,the electric device box rubber left rubber⑼ and right rubber⑽.
Using 5# inner hexagon socket remove bolt⑾ from the tail light⑿.
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove bolt⑷,take off the bushing⑸ and the cushion rubber⑹,take off the
battery bracket component.
The battery rubber pad is a double-sided adhesive glued to the battery holder ⑵ and the bottom of the rear
cover ⑻.
CAUTION:
●The parts should be protected during the disassembly process.
●When reassembling, first check if there is any pressure on the wire to prevent short circuit when tightening
the bolt.

and rear light disassembly instruction video".
●When assembling self-tapping screws must be perpendicular to mounting surface, otherwise it will
bedamaged,and the torque should not be too large.
