PROCEDURE:
●Head cover decoration cover assembly
Use a Phillips screwdriver to turn the dimming knob a counterclockwise until it separates from the right cover.
Carefully move the head cover decorative cover component outward along the axial direction of the headlight
rotation axis, as shown in Figure 2. Remove the 2 pieces of nuts (1).
Use 6# inner hexagon to remove 4 screws (2), and separate the headlight (3) from the front decoration cover
(4).
Remove the staple ⑾ from the headlight.
●Right head cover decorative cover assembly
Remove the 2 screws ⑺ at the right position light ⑵ with 6# inner hexagon, and take off the right position
light.
Remove the nail ⑵ at the right decorative cover ⑸ with a 6# inner hexagon, and pry the buckle on the top of
the right decorative cover ⑸ to separate it from the right headlight cover ⑹.
●Left head cover decorative cover assembly
Refer to the above steps to disassemble the left position light ⑻, the left headlight cover ⑼, and the head cover
right decorative cover ⑽.
CAUTION:
●Protect protective measures to prevent scratching the lampshade or paint finish.
●
Pay attention to the force when opening the buckle to prevent the buckle from breaking due to excessiveforce.
●If you need to replace the left (right) cover of the headlight, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws ①
that comes with the headlight, and then remove the headlight fixing block ② and assemble it to the new part.
Before assembling, check whether the bake paint process boss b is cut short, otherwise, you need to cut it short
before proceeding with assembly.
●When assembling self-tapping screws must be perpendicular to mounting surface, otherwise it will
bedamaged,and the torque should not be too large.
