PROCEDURE:
●U surrounding component
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove the bolt⑴ above the right as show in the figure,take off the circle buffer
glue⑵ and the sleeve⑶.
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 5pcs bolt⑴ as show in the figure,take off the bushing⑷ and the
cushion rubber⑸.
Pry the buckle connecting the fuel tank decoration cover assembly and the surrounding assembly in the
direction of the arrow.
Split the upper back of the enclosure assembly (at a) to both sides and remove the enclosure assembly forward.
●U1 surrounding component
Refer to the steps "U1 Frame & engine combination1" to remove the left and right guard bar assembly,it is no
need to remove the guardbar inner bracket and the lower bracket.
Using 4# inner hexagon socket remover 6pcs bolts⑴,take off the bushing⑷ and the cushion rubber⑸.
Refer to the steps above to remove the surrounding component.
CAUTION:
●If you need to remove the surrounding bracket, please refer to the steps of "U1 Frame & Engine Combination
2".
●The parts should be protected during the disassembly process.
●When removing the buckle, pay attention to the strength to prevent damage to the buckle.
