The DNS display contains the following information.

Select Configure > System > General to configure the general system. Click Apply to save your
configuration or click Reset to undo changes.
Domain Name The label of the controlling system.
Address Format Refers to the IPv4 or IPv6 format.
Server Search List Provides the list of servers to configure DNS.
