Chapter 3: Using ZConfigurator
To define which audio parameters cause alarms click on a Panel tab.
Enable the required alarm event triggers.
Timecode
The Time Code tab is used to synchronize multiviewer time to various sources.
None - no external time reference is used.
PC clock - to sync clocks to an internal clock check Synchronize Multiviewer Time to PC.
Using an NTP server - to sync clocks to an NTP server, check NTP and enter its IP address.
The Network Time Protocol (NTP) is designed to resist the effects of variable latency and jitter
when synchronizing computer system clocks over the internet with a time server.
Use a reliable NTP server, rather than a PC clock, even if the PC also uses an internet time
server, since the time link only exists while ZConfigurator controls the multiviewer.
