Power Trim Reassembly
IMPORTANT: Lubricate all O-rings with Quicksil-
ver Power Trim Fluid (92-90100A12). If not avail-
able, use automotive (ATF) automatic transmis-
sion fluid.
Tilt Relief Valve Reassembly
1. Lubricate O-rings with power trim fluid.
2. Place actuator pin into pilot valve.
3. Install and seat the pilot valve into manifold. Seat
the pilot valve using a 9/32 or 7 mm socket on
OUTSIDE diameter of the pilot valve.
IMPORTANT: The pilot valve must be seated us-
ing a suitable mandrel on the OUTSIDE diameter.
4. Install poppet, spring, shim (if used) and plug.
Torque plug to 120 lb. in. (13.5 N·m).

Suction Seat Reassembly
1. Lubricate O-rings with power trim fluid.
2. Install filter and suction seat using a 9/32” or 7
mm socket on OUTSIDE diameter of suction
seat.
3. Install ball and plug. Torque plug to 120 lb. in.
(13.5 N·m).
