Installing the FCoE and Networking Drivers
The QLogic 8100 Series Adapter driver is not included with the VMware
ESX™/ESXi4.0 operating system. Therefore, you must download the drivers for
VMware ESX/ESXi 4.0 from the QLogic Web site at
http://driverdownloads.qlogic.com/
.
To download and install the FCoE and networking drivers:
1. Click QLogic Products.
2. Click the by Operating System radio button above the selection list.
3. Under Adapters, select Converged Network Adapters in the first column of
the selection list.
4. Select VMware in the second column of the selection list.
